At CONSER we believe in going back to the Greek root of the word engineering which stands for devising creative solutions to serve the humans and eco-systems and in the true meaning of civil engineering that is intended to shape the built-world of the civil life, therefore we do not only conform to International standards, but we also actively seek to be part in pushing the innovation wheel to always have the core aim of providing smart solutions for people's lives in the built-world. This is the vision that CONSER International has been working towards for the last two decades under the directorship of the CEO of CONSER International Mr. Wassim Haroun.

CONSER International was first established as an offshore company to cater for the global industry market as a complementary supplier for the first CONSER Branch in Lebanon, that was covering local projects.

As the company grew and expanded, Branches and Franchises started opening in different countries to deliver services for the dedicated regions, and as such CONSER International shifted its focus towards supporting the CONSER offices globally, setting and managing the Brand’s quality standards, allowing for smarter franchising models as well as investing in technologies tailored to the industry relying on the 60 years compiled data of know-how and processes including AI for project management, remote supervision solutions, new materials and more.

Mr. Azmi Haroun founded the group on the basis of integrity, high standards and ethical rules of conduct which has been since, the compass that led the way forward for all our partners, franchises, teams and works as the group expanded.
